Shipping Policy
Only orders whose cancellation has been confirmed by our accounting and finance department will be delivered. Please note that the email you receive notifying you of your purchase order is not sufficient to proceed with delivery; it only provides the purchase details, purchase request, and chosen payment method, giving you 12 hours to confirm your payment.
Delivery coverage extends to all departments within the country. We guarantee delivery of your order on any specific day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), but we do not guarantee the delivery time. Occasionally, the recipient may be called to confirm delivery on the requested date.
Delivery is considered complete once the product is made available to the customer by the courier and the customer confirms receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products upon delivery and report any discrepancies or claims.
If you authorize someone to receive the product in your absence, it is essential that they have their identification document on hand during delivery (products will not be delivered to minors).
At the time of delivery, the person receiving the product is responsible for inspecting it before the DINOA logistics operator leaves. Once the operator has left, there will be no refunds or claims for missing parts. Because we prioritize the security of your product delivery, we cannot accommodate last-minute changes to the delivery address or the recipient. If such changes are requested, the delivery becomes the responsibility of the account holder.

Exchange and Return Policy
Customers may request exchanges of purchased products only if the merchandise arrives damaged, as these are recently manufactured products that have passed quality control. Requests can be made via email to sales@dinoahealth.com
• This policy applies to all product lines, provided the claim falls within the parameters established above.
• Products from any line that show signs of misuse will not be processed. The product must be unopened, unused, and in good condition, avoiding contamination.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.
• You may immediately file a claim with the delivery person regarding any issues with the delivered product.
• Offers or promotions on selected products are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Exchanges for damage or deterioration during transport apply to all product lines.
